On 09/19/22, ground was broken for a new facility that will house Advanced Auto Clinic and Sweet Zen Massage. Located conveniently in the Delavan inlet on the corner of Hwy 50 and Prairie Drive, this new facility will provide a variety of services for Delavan and surrounding communities as early as fall of 2023. This space will allow for the growth of both businesses, and will include a gourmet coffee lounge.

Chinuk Sushi & Grill, & El Pedro Taco Sushi and taco fans now have a new place to go. Chinuk Sushi & Grill/El Pedro Taco officially opened for business back on Thursday, Feb. 3 just off the square in East Troy after a year-long process with construction beginning back in March 2021. Then again, to co-owner Jeff McKone, it’s really been a 20-year plan that finally came to fruition.

MP SYSTEMS recently celebrated a ground-breaking ceremony earlier this month (March, 2022) at its new East Troy, WI facility. MP Systems is a leading line and infrastructure construction company, and one of four companies within PPC Partners, Inc. family of companies. Other subsidiaries include CarolinaPower, MetroPower, and Pieper Electric, with 27 total locations throughout the Midwest and Southeastern United States.

Millennium. Scherrer Construction, a full-service general contractor and construction management firm, recently began construction on a 75,000-square-foot headquarters for Millennium, an end-to-end solutions provider of fiber optic broadband networks. The new headquarters will feature two floors of offices and a 60,000-square-foot warehouse. The new facility will be more than double the size of Millennium's current headquarters. “Millennium has seen rapid growth since we relocated our headquarters from Lake Geneva to Delavan, Wisconsin,” said Millennium CEO James Kyle. “This expansion will allow us to continue our great work here in the city of Delavan.”
Whitewater & Darien

A still-growing Lacrosse-based gas station and convenience store known for its private label products and hot foods is moving forward on plans to open a pair of stores in Whitewater.
Kwik Trip is scheduled to cap off this year, opening the first of the two stores at 305 Elkhorn Road on Dec. 15. The next month, the company will ring in the new year, opening its second store at 837 S. Janesville St. on Jan. 22.
La Crosse-based convenience store company Kwik Trip Inc. plans to build a store in the Walworth County village of Darien. The company recently purchased the Darien Food Market, a grocery store and Mobile gas station located at 500 N. Walworth St., according to state records. The store is located on a 3.6-acre site west of the intersection of Walworth Street and North Badger Parkway in the Darien Business Park.

Grand Craft Boats recently relocated its Michigan plant to Genoa City, WI near Lake Geneva, WI. It's new owner and CEO, Patrick Gallagher grew up playing on Lake Geneva and thought it would be a perfect location for what will become its international headquarters. Celebrities like Jennifer Lopez, Robert Redford, and George Clooney all own a Grand Craft.

Arntzen Corporation is relocating its Rockford plant to Sharon Wisconsin and will employ 40 persons in the first three years. The project represents a combined private and public investment of approximately $16 million.

SPX FLOW is finalizing the purchase of several lots for a nearly 160,000 sq ft. expansion on their approximately 180,000 sq ft facility on Sugar Creek Drive. The expansion would also create possibly two additional entrances on Enterprise Dr.
