In partnership with Gateway Technical College, WCEDA offers training for supervisors and managers in three modules that will teach participants practical tools they can use to become more valuable team members.
Each session consists of four, three-hour workshops, for a total cost of $265 WCEDA members/$365 non-members per participant per module. Participants who complete a session will receive a completion certificate.

Personal excellence, aligning, conversing, collaborating
- It’s All About the Humans: What leaders need to know about behavior in order to lead
- Beyond “Don’t do that!”: Supervision communication that works
- My Dysfunctional Work Family: How work behaviors mirror family dynamics and how to make peace
- Onboard, Not Overboard: Introducing new employees with the least negative impact on safety, quality, and productivity
- Fear No Review!: How to deliver formal and informal performance feedback
